Former SVP of US Operations, Quest Diagnostics
In addition to Somalogic, Inc. Mr. Alister W. Reynolds serves on the Boards of Directors of Genova Diagnostics, an innovator in the field of diagnostic testing; and Healthcare Waste Solutions, Inc., a waste solutions company focused on the healthcare industry. Mr. Reynolds Chairs the Compensation Committees for both SomaLogic Inc. and for Healthcare Waste Solutions Inc.
Prior to these activities Mr. Reynolds served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. For 21 years, ending in 2003, Mr. Reynolds served in a variety of Senior Executive roles for Quest Diagnostics culminating in the very successful acquisition and integration of Smith Kline Beecham Clinical Laboratories into
Quest Diagnostics. Over the course of his career, Mr. Reynolds has held Executive level positions in Strategic planning, Operations, General management, Information technology, Finance, and Communications.
Mr. Reynolds holds a bachelor's degree in Economics/International Relations from Colgate University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University.
